1 x Doughnut pendant – Doughnuts are the firmest pendants available at Oojamabobs! The sprinkles are raised to provide extra sensory input and the reverse is smooth
1 x Foot pendant – These are a medium firm pendant, thinner and more flexible than a Doughnut pendant, with a smooth front and raised nodules on the reverse side
1 x Dog Tags – These are the softest pendants on offer, slightly thinner but more flexible than Foot pendants and feature identical smooth sides. Dog tags come on a plain black cord with a breakaway clasp for safety.
1 x Zip chew – Zip chews are small, flexible chews of a medium firmness. These are designed as an alternative to chewing coat collars!

1 x Squiggle pendant – Squiggle pendants are made of firm, food-grade silicone. The long shape makes them ideal for those who like to chew with their back teeth.
1 x Ring pendant – These are a medium firm pendant, softer and more flexible than the Squiggle pendant.
1 x Dog Tags – These are the softest pendants, slightly thinner but more flexible than Ring pendants and feature identical smooth sides. Dog tags come on a plain black cord with a breakaway clasp for safety.

In most orders, the chew colours will be as pictured in the product images; the most popular colour ranges have been chosen deliberately to suit the widest range of customers. Occasionally, due to stock levels, alternative colour chews may be provided (blue Doughnut Chews are currently out of stock, so lilac or pink will be provided; if there is a preference, please indicate on the notes when ordering).
At Oojamabobs, lanyards come in 2 different lengths, 54cm is usually suitable for younger children and 70cm for older children*. All lanyards/cords come with breakaway clasps for safety. In order to try the different lengths out to see which will be most suitable, 1 lanyard of each length will be included. As with chew colours, the most popular gender neutral lanyards have been selected and in most orders you will receive the designs pictured in the product images. However, due to stock levels alternative popular designs may be provided instead.
*Please note, if you order the Premium Bundle pack, due to the shape of Doughnut pendants, 70cm lanyards or plain black cord are generally best paired with these.

Clip-on’s were created by myself as an alternative for those who are uncomfortable wearing necklaces or bracelets; these are also ideal for those with limited use of their hands and/or arms.
The clip is made of metal and wood and is easy to quickly clip on or unclip from clothing. The item can be clipped to any part of the clothing, such as on the shoulder, to allow the individual to reach the item with their mouth without assistance.
Although our sensory chew necklaces are fairly durable, they are by no means indestructible. Chews will show signs of wear and tear eventually and may need replacing in time. Some may find that their chew lasts for many many months without needing to be replaced and others may become damaged very quickly.
This is primarily dependant on the intensity and frequency of the individual’s chewing behaviours and unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee the length of time any individual chew will last. However, people chew in different ways and some shapes are more suitable for certain chewing styles than others.
If you are unsure which chew will be suitable for your needs, please do contact me and I will help you to make a selection, as some are stronger than others. Please understand this is not an exact science and sometimes it may just be a matter of trial and error to find the right chew!
At present Sensory Oojamabobs only dispatches items within the United Kingdom.
Shipping costs
Shipping starts from £2.95 for 2nd class post and £3.65 for 1st class post. The total shipping cost varies and will depend on how many Oojamabobs you purchase and the total weight of your overall order.
How quickly can you get my order to me?
Chewy jewellery items are nearly always dispatched within 1 – 2 working days of your order being placed, as long as full order information is provided.
Standard items such as chewy jewellery and Fidgi-Flips will be already made and as such can be promptly dispatched.
Custom items
Clip-on lanyards, neck lanyards requested in custom lengths or any other custom request may take a little longer depending on the number of custom items currently being processed.
Dispatch times
Chewy Oojamabobs will be dispatched promptly, usually within 1 – 2 working days.
Custom items will take a little more time depending on how many orders I’m working through, but I will aim to get them out within 2 – 3 working days.
