Who can order OojamaBoxes?

OojamaBox subscription boxes are currently available to UK customers only. We hope to offer the boxes to international customers in the future.

What to expect

Boxes are sent out in the latter half of the month; the cut-off date is the 15th of each month. Subscription orders placed 1st to 15th (inclusive) will receive their boxes in the second half of the month. Subscription orders placed between 15th and the end of the month will receive their first box the following month.

Example:
Customer A subscribes to an OojamaBox on the 14th July, before the cut-off date. Their first box, the July box, is sent out on the 22nd July.
Customer B subscribes to an OojamaBox on the 22nd July, after the cut-off date. Their first box, the August box, is sent out on the 18th August.

Cancellation

Monthly subscribers:
Payment is taken each month on a recurring basis until the subscription is cancelled.
You can cancel your Oojamabox subscription at any time with no penalty. Once a customer has cancelled, no further payments will be taken from that point on and no more boxes will be sent out.

If payment has already been taken, the next box will still be sent, but no further payments will not be taken.

3 monthly subscribers:
Payment is taken every 3 months on a recurring basis for the following 3 months of boxes. For example, if you place your order in April, payment will be taken for April, May and June and a box will be received each month. The next payment would come out in July and would cover the boxes sent out in July, August and September.

You can cancel your Oojamabox subscription at any time. If payment has already been taken, customers will continue to receive the boxes they have paid for, but no further payments will be taken. If for example payment was taken in April and cancelled later that month, the customer would receive their April, May and June boxes, after which no further payments would be taken and no more boxes received.

Safety information (necklaces)

• This item is not suitable for heavy biting, it is designed for mouthing, sucking or light chewing

• Only suitable for children aged 3+ (strangulation hazard)

• The lanyard/cord clip is not suitable for chewing, if you feel it is likely the clip will be chewed, the item will not be suitable

• Please ensure use of the Oojamabob is under adult supervision

Care information

• Please wash Oojamabobs thoroughly before use

• Ensure the item is regularly washed

• Please inspect regularly for signs of wear and tear and remove from use if the item begins to show damage 

Durability

Although the chews are fairly durable, they are by no means indestructible. Chews will show signs of wear and tear eventually and may need replacing in time. Some may find that their pendant lasts for many many months without needing to be replaced and others may become damaged very quickly.

This is entirely dependant on the intensity and frequency of the individual’s chewing behaviours and unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee the length of time any individual chew will last.

If you are unsure which chew will be suitable for your needs, please do contact me and I will help you to make a selection, as some are stronger than others. Please understand finding the right chew for your needs is not an exact science and sometimes it may just be a matter of trial and error to find the right chew!
